7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with PDX10. If you are not happy with your subscription for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or subscription start date.
Eligibility
- The refund request must be made within 7 days of the original purchase or subscription activation.
- Refunds apply to your first subscription payment or any one-time purchase.
- After the 7-day window, subscription fees are non-refundable and non-prorated.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at support@pdx10.com with your account email and the reason for your request. We aim to process all refund requests within 5–10 business days.
Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Cancellations After Refund Period
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing portal or by contacting support. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access until that date. No partial-month refunds are provided for cancellations outside the 7-day guarantee window.
Exceptions
