PDX10 is designed to fit into real life.
Each session is approximately 10 minutes and can be completed almost anywhere — at home, in your office, at the gym, before a meeting, before a presentation, before an important event, during a break, or anytime you have a few minutes to invest in yourself.
Before each session begins, you'll experience a brief calibration sequence (approximately 90 seconds).
Do not skip this step.
The calibration is designed to help quiet external distractions, shift your mental and emotional state, and prepare your mind to fully receive the ideas, principles, and training within the session.
Think of it as a mental warm-up before the work begins.
