4. Subscriptions and Billing

PDX10 offers monthly subscription plans. Billing occurs automatically through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal or by contacting support. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. No Guarantee of Outcomes

PDX10 content is for educational purposes only. Results from using our program vary by individual. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, improvements, or achievements. Your personal results depend on your effort, consistency, and circumstances.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on PDX10 — including videos, text, graphics, and branding — is owned by PDX10 and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Share your account credentials or allow others to access your account.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically download content.
• Use the service for unlawful purposes or harassment.
• Upload malware, spam, or malicious code.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability

PDX10 and its owners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
